Google Calendar adds "Check availability" feature for Android; It makes it easy to schedule busy days


Google is launching a new feature for its Calendar application that will make it easier for users to program their busy days. The company announced "Check availability", a feature that is built specifically for Google Apps for users of Labor and Edu. The update is already available in the Google Play store. The update coming soon to iOS too.

product manager of Google Stella Schieffer wrote in a blog, "With one touch," Check availability "helps you find the times that work for everyone meetings, even if they are in different time zones, depending on their availability and the times that usually have meetings. If there are times when working, Calendar is analyzed what could be more easily reprogrammed conflicting meetings. "it has been designed specifically for organizations that share your calendar with colleagues is the norm, he added.


The new "Check availability" also makes suggestions and can be leveraged to see everyone's schedule at a glance as well. And if you manage someone else's calendar, you can use the feature to schedule meetings on your behalf as well. The company aims to help people find time to work on personal goals during a hectic week.
